Delete Your FiFi Account

Delete from the App

The quickest way to delete your account is directly within the FiFi app:

1. 1 Open the FiFi app and go to your Profile tab.
2. 2 Tap the Settings tab at the top.
3. 3 Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete Account.
4. 4 Confirm the deletion in the dialog. Your account will be permanently removed.

Request Deletion Online

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by email. Please include the email address associated with your FiFi account.

Request Deletion via Email

We will process your request within 7 business days and send confirmation to your email.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

• Your wardrobe items and all uploaded photos are permanently deleted.
• Your saved outfits and style preferences are removed.
• Your profile information and conversation history are erased.
• Your Firebase authentication account is deleted.
• Active subscriptions should be cancelled through the Google Play Store or App Store Settings before deleting your account to avoid continued billing.

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All data is removed within 30 days of the request.
