FiFi AI LLC (the "Company") is a Delaware limited liability company with operations in the United States and the European Economic Area (EEA). The Company is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users. Our Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Service.
For purposes of this Agreement, "App" refers to the Company's mobile application. "Service" refers to the Company's AI-powered wardrobe management and styling services accessed via the App. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Company. "You" refers to you, as a user of our App or our Service.
By accessing our App or our Service, you accept our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and you consent to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.
I. Information We Collect
We collect "Non-Personal Information" and "Personal Information".
1. Personal Information Provided by You
To activate the Service, you must submit your email address. To use the Service thereafter, you provide further Personal Information, which includes:
- Account Credentials: Username and encrypted password created during registration.
- Digital Wardrobe Content: Images of clothing, descriptive metadata, and styling preferences (e.g., favorite colors, style categories).
- AI Interaction Data: Text-based prompts and conversation history generated while utilizing our styling features.
2. Information Collected via Technology
In an effort to improve the quality of the Service, we track information provided to us by our software application when you view or use the Service.
- Usage Data: This includes the device from which you connected to the Service, device model, operating system, time and date of access, and unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFA for iOS or AAID for Android).
- Location Data (Optional): If you grant explicit permission via device settings, we collect geolocation data strictly to provide weather-appropriate styling suggestions.
- Cookies and Identifiers: We track this information using cookies or small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier to keep a record of your individual preferences.
3. Children's Privacy
The App and the Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. FiFi is rated 9+ on the App Store; however, we do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13. In the event we learn we have gathered personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as possible.
II. How We Use and Share Information
Personal Information: Except as otherwise stated, we do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties without your consent. We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as cloud storage and AI processing. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
AI Processing & Google Gemini: To provide styling recommendations, we utilize Google Gemini AI as a sub-processor.
- We transmit styling preferences and text prompts to generate outfit suggestions.
- Wardrobe images are only transmitted to Google Gemini when you explicitly request a "Visualization" or "Visual Analysis".
- Data processed via our enterprise API is used for real-time inference and is not used by Google to train its foundation models.
Non-Personal Information: We use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the Service and customize the user experience. This Privacy Policy does not limit our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information, and we reserve the right to disclose such information to our partners at our discretion. In the event of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, your Personal Information may be among the assets transferred.
III. How We Protect Information
We implement security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. Your account is protected by your password, and we urge you to keep it safe. We further protect your information by implementing technological security measures including encryption, firewalls, and secure socket layer (SSL) technology. However, these measures do not guarantee that your information will not be accessed by a breach of such software. By using our Service, you agree to assume these risks.
IV. Your Rights and Data Deletion
You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes. Additionally, in compliance with Apple and Google Play requirements, you have the right to:
- Manage and Delete Wardrobe Data: You may delete individual clothing items or images from the App at any time.
- Clear AI Conversations: You may clear your interaction history within the App settings.
- Request Account Deletion: You may initiate full account deletion within the App settings. Upon request, all Personal Information will be purged from our active systems within 30 days, subject to legal or tax retention requirements.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we utilize Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure your data receives protections essentially equivalent to those under the GDPR when transferred to the United States.
V. Links to Other Websites or Apps
We may provide links to or compatibility with other websites or applications. We are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by those third parties. We encourage our users to read the privacy statements of other applications before proceeding to use them.
VI. Changes to Our Privacy Policy
The Company reserves the right to change this policy and our Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our App. Significant changes will go into effect 30 days following such notification.
